• Padme Jewels offers an easy-to-use and flawless returns & refunds policy when you buy from us. We provide 30 days return policy; you may raise a request for a refund within 21 days after the product delivery.
  • We will not be able to provide any kind of refund or return after 21 days.
  • To make a refund, you have to mail us at [email protected] right before 21 days of post-delivery.
  • To get your refund accepted, make sure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product should also be in the original packaging without any damage.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and send you an e-mail to inform you that we have your returned item. If your return is approved, you will get a confirmation mail regarding your approval. If rejected, then you will get the confirmation mail regarding the rejection.
  • If it gets approved, we will process your refund. The amount will automatically be credited to your bank account, credit card, or original payment method within 7 working days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you don’t get your refund after a certain period, we will request you to check your bank account first.
  • If the amount is still not reflected in your bank account, then contact your credit card company.
  • In some cases, it might also take time before your refund is officially credited.
  • Furthermore, you may contact your bank. They may take some time to process the amount before a refund.

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds or returns on sale items. The refund will be applicable only for regular-priced items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We offer an exchange in case if the items are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange the same thing, then please mail us at [email protected]. We will e-mail you the address where you have to send your item in the original packing.


  • If the purchased item is marked as a gift and shipped to your address, then we will provide a gift credit as your return value. We will mail you a certificate when you get the returned item.
  • Suppose the purchased item does not mark as a gift or order to ship to a contributor’s address to give it to you later, in that case, we will provide a refund to the gift giver at the given address.


  • If you want to return an item, you have to mail us at [email protected], right before you ship back the jewelry or loose Moissanite or any other gemstones to us.
  • We’ll not be held accountable for the shipping costs applied to return your item. You have to pay for the shipping costs as they are non-refundable. So, if you get your refund, the shipping cost will be deducted directly from your refund.
  • The delivery time of an exchanged product may vary based on your area or location.
  • Suppose the shipping item is worth around $200 or more than that. In that case, we will recommend you using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Padme Jewels doesn’t guarantee you that we’ll get your item returned.
